    - For an order delivered in Metropolitan France and all countries of the European Union, the prices are given including all taxes & duties.

     

    - For an order delivered outside Metropolitan France or in countries that are not members of the European Union, the price is calculated not including taxes & duties.

     

    Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or taxes may be payable. We advise you to obtain information on these aspects from your local authorities.

    The carrier called when I was absent. Where is my package?

    If you chose the “Colissimo Suivi” tracked delivery service of La Poste (French national postal company).


    If you are absent on the day of delivery, a non-delivery notice is left for you in your letter-box.

    This document tells you the time and date when the carrier called, and the post office where you can collect your order.

    You just have to call to the post office indicated on your non-delivery notice, with proof of your identity.

     

     

    If you chose the “Chronopost” carrier.


    If you are absent on the day of delivery, a non-delivery notice is left for you in your letter-box.

    You can use it to collect your package at the indicated authorized delivery point (a Chronopost branch, a post office, or a pickup relay point), or it will specify the details of a second delivery.

    Keep it: you will be asked to show it and proof of your identity when you go to collect your package.

  • Q :
    I received my order in a damaged cardboard box and/or an article is missing or damaged. What can I do?
    R :

    On delivery, you must, in the deliverer’s presence, obligatorily check the general appearance of the delivered product’s packaging and its contents.

    If anything is missing and/or damaged, you must state this on the delivery slip and on the carrier’s form before signing it and before the carrier leaves, and then you must inform La Boule Obut’s customer relations department of this in writing within 3 days.

     

    If there is non-conformity of the delivered article, La Boule Obut undertakes to exchange the product or to reimburse the online shopper.

  • Q :
    My order was shipped several days ago, but I still haven’t received it. What can I do?
    R :

    Your order’s shipping date is sent to you by e-mail, when it is in the carrier’s truck. This e-mail message shows the carrier’s reference No. for your package, with a link to its website. At any time, you can use this link to keep track of delivery of your order.

     

    The average shipping time is 24 – 72 hours (on working days), depending on the means of transport that you have chosen.

    If your order is not delivered within the planned time, we recommend you to inform our customer service, which will conduct additional searches with our carrier.

    Rest assured, if your order is lost or stolen, it will be replaced free of charge.

  • Q :
    Is it possible to place an order on the website and to have the article delivered in a shop?
